About Me

I am a senior computer science student at Clarkson University. My interests are functional programming and distributed systems. My current projects include Wiki Wide Web, FANG and the Open Server Platform. I generally blog about the aforementioned projects, but on a whim I might write about something else that strikes my fancy.

I enjoy playing with computers, hiking, cooking, canoing and other outdoorsy activities. On my computers, I run exclusively Linux (more recently, the Ubuntu distribution). I have 3 laptops and a desktop, one I use as a laptop (an IBM T60), one as a desktop (Compaq Presario V2000US) and one as a server (an old Dell PIII). The desktop is my research and gaming box with an Intel Core i7.
