Yeah, that&#039;s pretty much how I feel when I eat it too.  Some say that those that are gluten intolerant might simply be the &quot;yellow canaries&quot; of the greater population.  I don&#039;t personally prescribe to that theory fully, but I don&#039;t denounce the possibility either.  Gluten is a very complicated protein to digest.  Not to mention, processed white flour is the byproduct of taking out all the good things out of the grain, and enormously increasing the percentage of the bad parts.  So, you just got a  googol of gluten and crud and almost no real beneficial nutritional value.  Sorry to hear you didn&#039;t feel well, but I&#039;m glad to hear that you&#039;ve gotten your body to reject many years of training it to eat terrible things.  Now that you&#039;re no longer taking the maintenance dosage of those things you&#039;ll definitely react to them noticeably.</description>
